Abstract format & preparation

  • File & Font Format

The authors must use Microsoft Word version 2003 or higher (file format is .doc or .docx) for abstract preparation. For fonts, please use Times New Roman with font size of 10 point.

  • Typing Area

The authors must use A4 size with top, bottom, and right margins of 2.5 cm and left margin of 3 cm.

  • Organization of Abstract

Title

Please type title and bold letters, capitalize only the first letter of the first word, and center on the width of the typing area and single-spaced if more than one line is required. The title should be brief, descriptive and have all words spelled out.

Authors

Please list the author(s) name(s), single-spaced if more than one line is required. Underline the name of the presenter. Put asterisk sign “*” after the name of corresponding author.

Author’s Affiliation

Please indicate institutional affiliation followed by city and country. In case that authors are from different institutions, please use number typed in superscript for each institution and author accordingly. Also provide the email of correspondence.

Keywords

Please list up to 5 keywords that best match the core content of the abstract.

Abstract body

Please organize abstract body into the following sections; Purpose, Methods, Results and Conclusion.

Text should be single-spaced, and double-spaced between sections

Figures and tables are not allowed in the abstract.

The total length of abstract body cannot exceed 350 words.

  • Scientific Tracks and Presentation (Oral or Poster)

In your abstract, please indicate the scientific track code and also if you would like to submit for a Poster or Oral presentation. (If you do not specify, the Scientific Committee will decide).

You can only choose ONE (1) track from a total of 5 tracks. These tracks include as the followings.

  • Abstract Submission

All abstracts can be submitted via the online registration form. Click on 'Registration' tab menu.

Publication Opportunities

After the submitted abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee and accepted to be presented at the Conference, the authors can choose to submit either proceeding (not exceed 10 pages) or full papers with length between 15-20 pages (double-space) including total figures and tables which will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Selected papers (FULL PAPERS ONLY) will be considered for publication in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Asia (PSA)

Please prepare your paper in MS Word (*.doc or *.docx) according to the following instructions and formats.

Submitted papers will be subjected to a double-blind review process. Due to the diverse expert fields of science, authors are required to provide the proper keywords for your paper. As noted, all manuscripts are subjected to peer review and are expected to meet academic ethics.
